The 16-storey project with a height of 50 metres has construction costof 140 billion VND (6.22 million USD), according to Ngo Xuan Pha,Cchairman of the Board of Directors of the Bao Toan Auto Joint-StockCompany, the project’s investor.
The hotel has a five-storey base in the shape of a boat with moon-shapedlute storeys. The elevators are designed in the shape of lute strings.
An observatory and coffee bar are located on the hotel’s rooftop.
The project with the shape of a moon-shaped lute, the cultural symbol ofthe Mekong Delta province of Bac Lieu, is expected to beginconstruction in September.
