Having just returned from her summer trip to Taiwan, Thu Minh, a freelancer, ispreparing for her next trip to Myanmar in October.

“My friends are surprised when I tell them about my second trip just a fewmonths after the first, because they know I always complain about the shortageof money,’’ Minh said with a smile.
