Huong Ly is winner of Vietnam"s Next Top Model 2015

VietNamNet Bridge – A 1.76-m tall girl from the resort city of Da Lat – Huong Ly – is the winner of the Vietnam’s Next Top Model, season 6.



The final night of the Vietnam’s Next Top Model 2015 took place in HCM City on Sunday night, October 11 and the result was not a surprise to many people. Huong Ly, 20, is a student at the Saigon University of Technology.

Bonus for the winner this year is a contract to work exclusively with BeU modeling company, VND200 million ($10,000) in cash, and other rewards worth $400 million ($20,000).

After five seasons, the contest has helped train aspiring Vietnam models to actively participate professionally in the world’s fashion and modeling industry.

Kha My Van, the first runner-up of Vietnam’s Next Top Model 2012, is the first Vietnamese model to appear in leading international fashion magazines Vogue and L’Officiel. She is now working as a professional model in Europe.

Winner of Vietnam’s Next Top Model 2013, Mau Thuy, has taken part in fashion shows in New York City and is now entering Singapore, one of Asia’s leading fashion markets.

Tuyet Lan, the first runner-up of Vietnam’s Next Top Model 2010, is now represented by Wilhelmina Models (NYC), a leading global model management agency now living in the US as a professional international model.

Winners of Vietnam’s Next Top Model 2010 and 2011 Huyen Trang and Hoang Thuy walked in both London Fashion Week and New York Fashion Week this year.
