Traditional Israeli musician to perform in Vietnam

Tal Kravitz, a versatilemusician from Israel, is scheduled to perform at academies anduniversities in Vietnam as part of the Israeli Cultural Week in Vietnamfrom November 23 to 27.

The cultural week is an annual activity held by the Israeli Embassy inVietnam aiming to introduce Vietnamese students to Israel’s colourfulculture.

Tal Kravitz will deliver performances at the Vietnam NationalUniversity of Agriculture, Da Nang University of Technology, Hue MusicAcademy, Bac Giang Agro-Forestry University, and Hanoi University ofNatural Sciences.

In addition, the Israeli artist will visit and perform ethnic music,and present gifts to over 100 children living in the Birla Children’sVillage in Hanoi on November 29.

Tal Kravitz, born in 1974, is an exemplary traditional Israelimusician. After graduating from the Israeli Music conservatory, Talbegan studying traditional Middle-Eastern music and ethnic singing. Hehas performed and lectured on traditional Israeli music in many placesaround the world.
