Vietnam Int"l Fashion Week to be held twice annually

VietNamNet Bridge – The organization board of Vietnam International Fashion Week said it is working the plan to launch this event twice each year starting next year.

Accordingly, Fashion week for spring and summer will be organized in April in Ho Chi Minh City and event for Fall / Winter will take place in October in Hanoi

Launched for the first time in 2014, the long-week fashion show attracted many leading local designers and international names around the world showcasing their latest collections, such as Yumi Katsura from Japan, Song Zio from South Korea, Frederick Lee from Singapore, Retano Balestra from Italia and more.

This year’s event received Takada Kenzo who is the world’s most famous Japanese fashion designer.

The country has officially launched the fashion week that meets international standards. It has blown a new fresh air into the fashion industry and given a deep impression on devotees.

Vietnam International Fashion Week is expected to become a bridge between Vietnamese designers and the world’s fashion industry.
