Traditional Vietnamese dishes such as “pho bo” (noodle served with beef), “banh xeo” (crispy pancakes), and “nem ran” (spring rolls) have received great attention from international visitors.
Staff of the Vietnamese Embassy in Cambodia also delivered documents and leaflets introducing the food and land of Viet Nam to visitors from all over the world.
Cambodia’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Co-operation Hor Nam Hong said the festival helps promote the understanding of the gastronomy, culture, countries and people of ASEAN member states, thus enhancing their friendship.
The event also includes art performances highlighting the unique culture of ASEAN countries.
