$92 million eco-resort for Hoa Binh

The project is invested by the HTV International JSC and the Gia PhuQuoc Te Singapore Co., Ltd., with 51 per cent and 49 per cent,respectively.

On a total area of 91 ha the project includes a five-star-hotel, aresort, a swimming pool, a commercial center, and a sports centercombined with modern health facilities.

The project also has anecological zone able to cater to about 1,000 guests at a time, togetherwith lakes and natural streams on an area of 10 ha and a conservationarea for animals and precious medicinal herbs that serve the healthcareneeds of the elderly.

Bao Tho Quoc te Hoa Binh is designed with a combination oftraditional and modern architecture. Completion is expected in January2019.
